We carry out the re-engineering of alloy wheels for leading automotive manufacturers, high volume de-fleet operations, automotive dealerships and numerous vehicle insurers, we have significant experience in managing all their varying and individual requirements.
Where possible, one of our fleet of long-wheel base vehicles can collect and deliver your wheels on one of our designated routes and locations.
Using the engineering technology in our Haas Lathes we have amassed a library of many thousands of current wheel profiles, with more being added as new wheels are introduced. Each profile we create is drawn from a brand new wheel which ensures that every wheel machined on our lathes thereafter is returned to its original condition.
A damaged wheel often means a damaged tyre too, which is why we also offer an extremely competitive tyre replacement service. To reduce downtime, it makes sense to replace the tyre at the same time that we re-manufacture the wheel. We offer all the major brands including Pirelli, Michelin, Goodyear and many more.
