We operate 12 Haas CNC Lathes all linked to our server, this allows thousands of wheel profiles to be accessible instantly to all machines, allowing maximum time for all alloy wheel re-engineering. Additionally, our lathes are extremely accurate, allowing us to remove only the smallest amount of material when machining any wheel.
Our x-ray facility is industry leading and we are the only alloy wheel re-engineering company who offer this service.
safety
We take safety very seriously and believe when wheels are damaged, they must be visually inspected prior to proceeding with any re-engineering process. We can at the customer’s request, carry out an X-ray examination.

We have Environmental accreditation ISO 14001 (upgraded version). We are also ISO 9001 (upgraded version).
