At Supreme we operate 7 HAAS CNC Lathes all linked to our server through individual Ethernet connections this allows all of our wheel profiles to be accessible instantly allowing maximum time for all alloy wheel re-engineering. Additionally, our lathes are extremely accurate, allowing us to remove only the smallest amount of material when machining any wheel.
We have created over 6,000 wheel profiles and are constantly reviewing this process with every new wheel that arrives at Supreme.
Our x-ray facility is industry leading and we are the only alloy wheel re-engineering company who offer this service. Our process sends the video recording of any wheel that requires testing together with any relevant images onto our server for review.
We take safety very seriously and believe when wheels are damaged by either hitting a kerb or a pothole, they should be inspected prior to proceeding with any re-manufacturing process. As we are carrying out the repair for the customer, we have a duty of care to make sure their wheels are safe before re-fitting any wheels to their vehicle. Our programme incorporates an x-ray examination that clearly highlights if a crack has developed in a wheel either during the current damage to the wheel or even in previous accidents, a service that a growing number of our customers appreciate.
